Is it me or has the concentration aura in Paladin been buffed with crushing blow? I don't remember it having crushing blow before, does this mean that it is better than fanaticism for...

Youre better with fanacitism. There are plently of items out there, that easily give you 100% cb and everypoint more is wasted.

Concentration got buffed in a recent patch and now gives 1% cb per auralevel. That was mostly made for summonnecros to be endgameviable (cuz his pets gain the aura+cb too).

Select bear, click summon. Select your wolf, click 5x summon, select your dire wolf, click 3x summon.

If done while not drunk, youre having a bear and 8 wolves out which wasnt possible begore the patch.

And FYI: that sentence doesnt mean, that you summon ALL pets that you could summon by just clicking once (i miss that button too.)

Only dreamlands, cthulhu and new locations in act 2,3,5 works offline, so some items are available, and some aren't

Sure is. I will see if I can retroactively change existing hysteria in 4.1.
