Scorchz what I ve done : 1) deleted annihilus 2) disabled firewall and antivirus 3) installed annihilus and worked.
Edit: (If problem persists create a new post under Support/help desk section so other staff can notice too to help you out faster.)

No. Make an exception for annihilius in your antivirus. I've haven't had that happen with annihilius but have with other games.
