Weird, I've never been able to emulate this. Do you have crashlogs in your D2 folder you can show me? It will be a text file that starts with D2- and has the date.

Have you tried updating rrr ? sometines the updater installs faulty files.

I test with both :) I test in single player and on a virtual server with the real mpq. I've figured out the issue though.
