This amazon is specifically created to cause massive FPS lag for others. It uses Gforce, Twin's Revenge, Greiver Rings and uses Lightning Arc to spam CONSTANT procs that hurt the engine of D2. Here's a screenshot of my Diablo 2 legitimately freezing up, and one of the character/acc name.

You can ask pretty much anyone about it, they'll tell you the same thing.

I don't see anything on the first screenshot. the second one is just a party picture in inf cows game. I will consult with alex about the complaint you are filing. But there isn't enough proof here to even do anything.

I think it might be about that time to upgrade
