Core Changes:
Updated the Monster Resistance display to now only show the Resistance Types the monster has, this will provide clarity and will reduce visual clutter.
Increased the base Hit Recovery Speed from 50% to 100%.
Monster Changes:
Experience gain increased from Monsters Level 15 and above.
Life decreased for Monsters Level 2 and above.
Physical Damage decreased for Monsters Level 3 and above.
The Smith and Hephasto's Hell Hammer damage has been decreased.
Mephisto's Chain Lightning and Prime Orb Skill Levels have been decreased.
Andariel's Spray now deals less Physical Damage.
Abyss Knight damage has been decreased.
Multiple Elemental Breath / Inferno Skills have had their Levels and Damage per Level decreased.
Council Member Life has been decreased.
Skill Changes:
Mind Blast has had its Damage Synergy % from Energy lowered, and Mana Cost per Level has been increased.
Raise Skeleton's Damage per Level for Level's 1-9 has been increased to help with early game.
Raven's Damage per Level for Level's 1-9 has been increased to help with early game.
Jab's Damage per Level for Level's 1-9 has been increased to help with early game.
Zeal's Damage per Level for Level's 1-9 has been increased to help with early game.
Jolt's Damage per Level for Level's 1-9 has been increased to help with early game.
Talon Kick's Damage per Level for Level's 1-9 has been increased to help with early game.
The starting Radius has been slightly increased for all Curses and Incantations.
Blood Mana now properly counts as a Curse.
Item Changes:
Defense has been doubled on all items. This will not affect existing items, sorry!
Voided Rift Energy will no longer change the implicit affix, only its rolls.
Fractured Rift Energy will now guarantee at least one socket if the item can have sockets.
Misc Changes:
Bookshelves now act as normal chests.
Bug Fixes:
Defense and Elemental Resistances are now functional, they were previously doing nothing. Whoops!
Removed the Gold Cost from resurrecting mercenaries.
Items no longer sell for Gold.
Killing Baal no longer softlocks characters.
Dying in Act 2 no longer causes you to crash.
Fixed an issue with auras not automatically reapplying when resurrecting.
Fixed all of the Dougs.
Physical Resistance can no longer visually go over the 75% cap.
