Standard of Heroes drops from Uber Tristram :) All end-act bosses have had their buffs dropped, along with several monsters. I cannot give you every location though! Welcome by the way!
I'm offering the gold drop from hell baal maybe? low chance% and low amount? ex. 1% 1-5 gold?
Act1 Hell has given me my best drops, specifically in 2 areas that aren't Andy :)
