Please leave a quick post stating what you were doing in game at the time of the last crash today, 10/28.

Me, I was waiting in a game to make a trade.

I do believe it is something on someones specific character causing the crash, so if anyone has been doing the SAME exact thing each time games crashed today, please let me know.

You think someone may be lagging the server to dupe or re-roll items?

Nope, I think it is just a bug on maybe an item or skill and it is unknowingly happening. I don't think it is anything malicious.
