SotR Beta March 6th Changelog:
General:
• Greater Riftstones have been added. The first two available in this patch will be Courts of Justice and Realm of Sin. Greater Riftstones are unique Riftstones that will typically be an arena-like boss fight with somewhat high difficulty and will offer exclusive items / uniques that cannot be obtained anywhere else.
Greater Riftstones can drop from any Unstable Rift / Rift monster that is Level 75+, with Unstable Rifts having higher drop rate over Blue Rifts / Riftstones. Riftstone bosses will also have a higher chance of dropping them as well, increasing with each Tier. (Greater Riftstones will temporarily be on the Hadriel vendor in Rogue Encampment for testing purposes.)
• Leech now caps at 20% Life / Mana per second, up from 10%. Leech values has been increased on most sources, such as items and the Soul Grid.
• Block speed animation now scales with Increased Hit Recovery, Increased Block Speed is no longer a stat.
• The blocking animation will now only activate if the damage blocked was high enough that it would've triggered the hit recovery animation.
• Execution Damage once again increases damage against enemies below 50% life, up from 35%.
Classes:
Barbarian
• Blood Mastery's Leech per level has been greatly increased.
Items:
• Leech suffixes on rare items have had their values increased, but now appears at Item Level 30 / 60 / 80 instead of 1 / 30 / 60 as leech does very little early on.
• Leech values have been increased across most unique items. This will not be retroactive, however, using a Temporal Rift Energy will roll the new values.
Monsters:
• Squall's (Limit Break form) damage has been increased for all skills.
• Griever's Claws of Thunder and Shockwave Pulsar damage has been increased.
• Squall, Griever, and Bahamut's Blue Pulse form are now all properly considered as Rift monsters.
• Riftstone Bosses now drop a higher quantity of items, increasing with each Tier.
Bugs:
• Fixed an issue causing +% Elemental Damage to not increase the damage of skills that inflict Burn directly, such as Fire Wall.
• Bloodfist no longer makes you immune to curses.
• Pets now properly copy your +% Spell Damage and Increased Damage vs Bleeding / Burned / Chilled / Elite Enemies stats.
