Cube recipes and scroll

1. Add superior white items in cube recipes
2. Increase drop chance for white shields in hell cows. I haven't found a good eth paladin shield in hell cow for almost 2 months. and got only 1 eth monarch.
3. Give cheap scroll to redo socketing without losing the stat (ex: all res and eth).

Due to def exploits this is impossible for now. U run zero mf? Full games? If not, try that!

How a bout giving addition to get 3, 4, 5 and 6 sockets? Maybe like giving p diamond to the recipe to get 4 socket and p ruby for 3 sockets etc.
