Yes, there is no maximum golems
You can have quite a few if you desire (3 weapon, 3 helm, 2 armor, 1 shield + 1 base for a total of 10 golems max possible from gear)
I don't think this is true, it is a 4 slot enchant like ValkyrieQuote:
