"No Realms Are Available Right Now..."

I just installed, extracted to my Diablo II folder. Updated.

When I run Annihulus Launcher it says

When I launch Annihulus and go to Annihulus 1.11, I can login but then it says

No Realms Are Available Right Now. Please try again later.

---

Did I do something wrong?

the realm is currently down for updates by Game, please stand by, the server will be up eventually, please note that the server is under ddos or other sort of attack wich affect this

As mentioned above, we were under maintenance yesterday, I should have made it more clear. Sorry!
