Max Physical Resist, Magic Resist & Fade

Quick few questions...

What is the cap on magic resist and it your magic resist reduced by difficulty (I.E. -100 in hell).

What is the cap for physical resist (I know it's 50 on vanilla, but I hear a lot saying it's 75 here?)

Also, I've heard people say Fade only gives physical resist from hard points... Is this true (I.E. a lv 10 fade bumped to lv 30 via +skills would still only give 10 phys resist as apposed to 30)? As I was under the impression this wasn't the case, and I know this isn't how fade works in vanilla.

Magic Resists caps at 75, it is not affected by Hell penalty.

Physical Resist cap here is also 75, also not affected by penalty!

Fade always gives 1% DR per whatever level it is, level 50 will give 50% DR. You can look on Fade's tooltip in-game, I updated it to show Physical Resists a while ago :) Sounds like someone gave you some bad information!
