Scale uber area difficulty in norm/nightmare

Alot of guys joining jump straight to hc not knowing that the uber areas aren't meant for the low level characters. What I'm proposing is to remove the treasure class for all the norm/nm ubers and make the hp and damage 1 with a disclaimer that it's a uber area as well. I'm guessing those portals only spawn in hell after killing stitches. This could be a stealth patch with no download required since the hp and damage is server side only. I mentioned this to Alex already.
