How dual wield WW works ?

Lets say , I have a gfather in my ledt hand ( up where the gloves are ) and a bulkathos sword on my right hand
How the game calculate the dmg of both swords if WW remain 4Fps with 2 weapon ??

The attacks should alternate, every 4 frames you will deal damage, and it will be left hand right hand left hand right hand.
