Can i get a dropbox file with the .rar please

Everytime i click the link "here" for the launcher i always receive this in a new tab

" This site canÂ’t be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET "



and I've tried everything to fix it

You need to close Avast or AVG, they are honestly pretty junk and they are what is causing this :( Close them temporarily and it'll download fine. Sorry for the late response!
