Also Runes will NOT be on the vendor for the first week of launch, so there isn't too awful much people can buy from the vendor, unless they are going to scare monsters to death with cosmetic effects...

The thing is, the only real power you can buy from the gold vendor is Runes. We are discussing possibly removing runes from the vendor for the first week of reset.
MF%, life, strength / dex / vit / energy, mana, just about every start will be increased.
Has nothing to do with money really... nobody will play at all if server count is extremely low. Have fun on wherever you go.

All Annihilus characters will be wiped following the next reset, there will not be a non-ladder. This will not affect D2PK at all as they are not related, D2PK will be the exact same.
