Nobody can help me ? I've reinstalled the game,reinstalled even windows 'but I'm still having this issue:I can log only 1 char to realm and that's really frustrating 'ços I can't even mule without...

I see 2 d2clients :first1 connects fine,the second1 doesn't connect to server.Looks like there is some kind of ip restriction because on other servers I can connect multiple times.

After update ,I can't load more than 1 char.When trying to login a second char, it says " checking versions" and it lasts for ever.
How should I fix this?
