Revive in Tristram

Since the recent update when I use Revive on something in Tristram the revive is killed in 1shot by any mob, even in Blood Moor.

Plagueland revives however, still work fine.

Is this a new feature to prevent revives here or a bug?

Update, same thing with Revives at Inferno Cows.

Uh oh, didn't think about this when increase monster HP in 5.0. They're hitting the HP cap. I'll need to tone down revive's health synergy. Thanks!
