Heavens Champion
Constriction Rings
Pally Neph
Pally Sphere
Lightning Eye
+Lightning Mastery Anni.
Not saying I would need all of this, just saying the stuff I'm looking for although I would expect a fair chunk.

It's a bad roll Eth buster. Having the enchants slots + extra jewel slot is better, on a good roll Non-Eth buster, than the roughly 400 base damage this Eth buster adds.
Had this been a better roll, then yes, it would have been a bad trade.

Eth weapons can be enchanted, so eth > non eth, by FAR. It's a medium roll imo and not that low, there's lower around. ( and there not many around ) this = nr 4.
