Error occur trying to log on battle.net

I tried logging on but It won't let me.
I go back on annihulus launcher to reupdate it but it says "An exception has occurred during a WebClient request it won't let me log in

Try re-downloading the installer from the website instead of reupdating through launcher, be sure you extract it into a full diablo 2 LoD folder. Also run as administrator when launching.
