next patch sorcer re-balancing need

Auras and Curses that lower resistances will no longer only be 1/5 effective against monsters that are immune to that element, they will now apply full effect.

- Sorc skill cold mastery - cold piercing don't need more in next patch.
Compared to other skills, it is a handicap. just apply damage buff, and delete cold piercing

I see absolutely no reason to do this, it already adds damage, and you need a LOT of piercing to get full damage on later endgame bosses.
