seisemic skill is bad now. can't increase damage because +%phy skill damage not exist.

seisemic skill need to change %phy damage -> %magic damage.

if that do, we use seisemic , and the more strong than now.

Seismic Leap has a new way of scaling damage in 5.1! Murder of Crows is good for what it does, it isn't meant to be your main damaging spell.
