Account recovery and questions returning player

First off is there anyway to recover my old account? the name should be Kalypto same as forum name.

Also can I only spend gold linked to my main account or what? looked thru guides just kinda need a refresher.
I have gold still on my forum account but can't use it in game trying to find some type of guide explaining all this but to no success.
