Have the Launcher create the annihilus gateway w/o reinstalling

Is there an easy way to switch between this priv server and East? I have to re-install the Launcher every time I want to go from East->Annihilus because the normal server deletes the gateway.

run Annihilus Realm.reg file from your d2 folder, it will add anni realm
