Im not sure what the cause was, i chaos, popped last seal and then fell off corner by seal. Stayed that way through multiple games, couldnt move any direction but down.
Finally fixed itself after i joined a game, and kept going south until i managed to die.

it wasn't a resolution based issue. I switched through all of them to try and see if it would bounce back. I use the standard resolution window. Never mess with any of that.
