Lich King dropped this ONE item only, and if anyone knows how Lich kings items work, it only drops ONE if it is one of his items.

I hope you're not really this clueless. Ghostflames have the EXACT same base as a plaguebringer. I was telling you to ID it cause you can have one of the two and more than likely it will be a ghostflame.
