Can't make or join games

I signed in as usual tried to create a game and it failed, I received some error report.

I uninstalled and reinstalled everything all over, same issue.

The message I receive is this. (I connected an image to this post, not sure where it shows up)

Make sure you are annihilus 4.0, also if you are running any -direct -txt mods that won't work.

Please use the annihilus launcher and it will set it for you.
