something to recover effects from an item

i dont care if it costs gold or what but i'd like a way to either recover/remove effect stones from an item without having to reroll the item, or just a way to preview effects would be nice as well. when i put an nv on an item with really good stats and enchants i don't wanna lose that just cuz it turns out i don't like the effect.

Put them on charms, this way u can allways switch them out if ur bored of them or dont like them :)

Charms is probably for sure the best bet for effects. Honestly I have no way of adding a way to remove an effect from an item, sorry :(
