Error when updating the client

Today i was trying to update the client, but, for a reason that i dont know, the update process get stuck at 8 or 9%.

I'm using a clean install of LOD and maybe there be a manual way to update it.

Using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits in a ECS AMD A68F2P-M4 S/V/L Micro-ATX HDMI (FM2+) with AMD A6 7400k and a lot of ram and a SSD for the OS (not for the game).
I'm running all like administrator and with compatibilites for XP SP3.

Any ideas?

PS: I deactivated the fuckin Avast for this .exe and still without working

I have the 1.13c version and use the same guide to install.
Until today, i was playing like a monkey, but some hours ago, i opened the launcher, it request to upgrade the client, clicked and happened what i told up here.

In any case, im downloading the 1.13d diablo posted in the guide (at 80kb/s it will take some hours more) to see if there's a versions mismatch that causes the issue.

I unistalled the antivirus but the launcher still getting stuck in 8 or 9%.

I can enter in game only using the diablo II.exe in windowed mode (and still seeing the Annihilus 3.2 version in the right side of the window) and, btw, can upgrade the game from diablo II.exe, the #upgrade (http://annihilus.net/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=upgrade) command doesn't work

Can you download it directly from here instead of using launcher? http://launcher.annihilus.net/AnnihilusInstaller.exe

Just run that and extract it into your 1.13c folder.

1.13d will work fine! Anything between 1.10 and 1.13d works.

In your second screenshot you seem to be on 4.0... something about your computer is blocking the download, im almost certain you have a firewall or anti-virus you're not even aware of. Regardless, if you're on 4.0 you can play with Diablo II.exe with no issues, no?

Yes, but i cant change to D2PK.
I removed my antivirus and shutdown the windows firewall too.

Btw im downloading the full version installer (filedrop is slow here) and going to check for another full and clean install.

Did you "turn off" Avast or completely remove it? I don't think anything you do is going to help at this point, something is blocking the network connection, im about 90% sure.

Completely removed, windows firewall is turn off and I dont have installed the Windows Defender module.

I delete every copy of D2 LOD, reboot, clean the registry, reboot, use the Full Installer and still getting the same.
