my computer thinks annihilus is a virus

every time i open annihilus launcher it does that.

This is an unfortunately common problem, it is because the Launcher downloads files from the internet automatically. It doesn't really like that. The best you can do is just add an exception for the launcher to Windows Defender, or whatever anti-virus you use.
