In order to control the over pricing of every item, we should try something like we sell our stuff to a moderator for a price and then when there is enough interesting stuff then he'd call the event on a channel in game.
Could even sell for gold so it'll help the server with some income in the process. its only a quick suggestion and it needs refinement but I do think this could be a good idea.
