Receiving blank error message when trying to launch the game

Glad to be back, it's been awhile! Title basically says the issue.

-I have downloaded and extracted the .zip version of annihilus into a copied d2 folder.

Edit: Forgot to downgrade the patch to earlier D2 lol.
