why is the file dropper link 0 mb........ can someone please help me get on the server..

The here on the official page doesn't work. it brings you to this link http://www.filedropper.com/annihilusfullinstaller which is 0 kb and doesn't work. The yellow here on the first link you posted doesn't take you anywhere

Edit : The first link it's just a screenshot if you didn't notice, and i just highlighted the 2nd ''here'' with yellow to show you which ''here'' link to click. I do know that the first link won't work but if you scroll down a bit the second should do it.

Second download link doesn't work either. Sure you can reach the annihilus launcher, downlaod the update, but "requires expansion disk" error still occurs.

That's wierd, I had some trouble to re-update to 4.1 patch like 4-5 days ago so I used the second link to download the annihilus installer and worked perfectly. If there's something I can do let me know, add on Skype.

From what I see using the second link it only contains annihilus files and not the entire content of a diablo 2 folder, I could be wrong maybe I needed to restart my computer or something, but the "requires expansion disk" error never went away.

Maybe you moved that content into another diablo 2 folder with the necessary files?
