Where can Atma ammy drop? Not in wiki?

So is this just a random drop? Either i'm blind or its not in wiki or its under a different name :P

It's random. The new Time rift portal that spawns in act 4 River of Flame is a good spot for farming unique jewelry. If you can't quite handle that yet, act 5 inferno portals and Plaguelands/Liche King are also good spots to farm for jewelry.
