Ladder reset 1st lvl 99

I'm just curious if anyone knows how many days it takes each ladder to see the 1st person to acheive lvl 99 ?

On 3rd day of this ladder we got:

- first 99lvl
- crucible done lvl20
- many annihilus charms and torches
- many ctulhu items (frostfire, etc)
- many items from ctogga/tragoul

Your gold rolls over to the next ladder and you can buy infernal chests from the vendor(or you could at the start of this ladder). People were talking about already having full sets of Mavs, IK, Trag'oul, etc. only a couple hours into the ladder reset. I'm not saying that it was needed to reach 99 in three days but it certainly didn't hurt.
