I can't update or launch a game

Hi! I've started to play on annihilus recently. It was everything okay, i've made some runs, collected items and in a moment my screen moved to the left, so i've resterted the game and now when i turn on the launcher- i cannot launch the game. Also launcher informs me, that there's an update, but when i click "ok"- nothing happens.

This almost always happens when an anti-virus or firewall is blocking the update from completing.

Yes it did, but i've already made an exception in my antyvirus.

Try completely turning it off for a moment then re-run the installer, see if that helps.

Otherwise search for windows defender. If you have windows, thats active all the time and erases data without even telling you.

You need to make exceptions for your antivirus AND windows defender.
