About r'yleh and the Cow kingdom

Hi guys im a newbie and kinda curious about r'yleh and the Cow kingdom. Looking the wiki guide, cubing the three blue ogran makes red portal, leads to r'yleh area.
When i try it, however, it leads me to secret cow level, not the r,yleh area. Are there anythings I dont know or is it updaged to other way? Appreciated let me know.

Some events and specific items wont work there, you should come online and join the others! We also have a Ladder Reset happening on February 23.
