Does spectate rushing still work now that you can't get EXP from spectating?

Haven't played in awhile and will be returning soon :) Just curious if this still works?

Rushing does as I know. There'll be a ladder wipe in about a week so you better level with everyone else.

Nope, no more exp from spectating someone, quests do work indeed! :)
