MAJOR BUG HELP

I started today played for about 4 hours as a cold sorc lvl 31. I was in act 4 and an error occured i close diablo i reopened and my character Astarte is now on single player instead of Bnet. This is messed up.. and i ask around nobody knows what to do

This happened because you were playing on Open Battle.net instead of our actual server. Open Battle.net uses single player characters. Sorry for the confusion, be sure you sign onto the server before creating a character!
