Orb of transmog

Is there a way to create and orb of transmog? Someone was telling me you could with all divines in cube but it didn't work for me.

all 7 divines. topaz saphire ruby skull emerald amy and diamond. also if you want the other orb hadriel sells than forget the skull in the cube. im thinking you might be missing one and thats why it doesnt work so just check to see if you got all seven types
