I think this armor is better for melee than wrath to be honest, sure you miss out on the pierce but hey.

438 dmg/ 19 cb or 29 cb I forget. Its not the best choice base but the dmg is the best choice. imo

Yeah as long as you can make up the pierce, that's a great choice! You're missing a suffix on the base armor though :)
