Server wise, is it exactly like old d2pk ? Where is the server hosted ?

Welcome back! Unfortunately D2PK server is barely active, Annihilus is by far the more active server. It's slow right now as well as there is a ladder reset soon and a big patch, but occasionally some old faces will hop on d2pk :) If a group of people all came on at once instead of just a few showing up at a time I bet it'd pick up again. D2PK is in Chicago, it is just like the old D2PK.
