Annihilus 6.0 Minor Update 1 Changelog:

Changes:

• Fixed an issue where your game would lose Full Screen Mode when joining a game.

• Fixed an issue causing certain monitors to shrink the game down to a very low resolution.

• Tier 1 and Tier 2 monsters have had the damage they take increased, but they also do a little more damage as well.

• Uber Tristram cube recipe should now properly work.

• You can no longer find the exclusive Inferno area items globally in Hell. (These were the blank Buster Swords, Barbarian Helms, Circlets). To obtain these you must once again kill the monsters found in the Inferno zones which are the red portals in Act 5, Stony Tomb in Act 2, Swampy Pit in Act 3, and Icy Cellar in Act 5. These items are no longer limited to any of the specific areas, any of the monsters in these areas can drop an Unlocked Infernal Chest which will be cubed to get one of the items. They can also all drop Alkor's Head Small Charm.

• Monsters that have special interactions upon death such as Stitches and Squall will now properly work.

• Enchantment Scrolls should no longer have a chance to drop with a blank name.

• Slightly tweaked the drop rate of Essences / Maps / Orbs.

• Slightly tweaked the chance of of Trick or Treat bags having Runes and Orbs.

• Fixed the drop rate of FF8 bosses dropping too many uniques, they swept under the radar of the item drop nerf. Whoops!

• Ormus and Larzuk SHOULD no longer randomly go invisible.

• Defiance Defense % bonus per Level has been lowered.

• Holy Bolt no longer gets destroyed upon enemy impact.

In regards to items not being "locked" to any specific zone, will those specific zones still have a higher chance to drop said item (I.E. Alkors having a higher chance to drop from the boss in the swamp)?

So the slight 'tweak' to the rates, was that more likely or less likely to drop? The drop rate seemed perfect for the sheer amount of times you have to roll an item to get decent stats.

And they're still dropping quite frequently, its right on the fence now of being too high, but I'll leave it where it is :)

If it was too easy to get a good rare wouldn't the name "rare item" be a little ironic? :)
