Horseman Head

In the Halloween bags we can find a lot of horseman heads with lvl 999 requirement. Can I do anything with it? Is there a cube recipe for them? or can i just throw them away?
I already wasted some courruption orbs on it. It didnt help :D

I know there are also the Version with a "normal" lvl requirement and resonable stats.
