friend can play on anni but not D2pk?

SO my friend has his anni updated but when he plays d2pk it doesn't function properly and drops continuously. hes on patch 1.13c and im on 1.13d and i havent even touched anni, all i play is d2pk

D2PK is having issues right now, hard to explain but it may be a little while before we get it straightened out.

Cannot say for sure, some people are reporting it works fine aside from the inventory appearing as the wrong size, so if you can deal with that it may work.
