Game crashes/Nothing shows up?

When I use battle orders/ bone armor/ fade etc.. the abilities dont show up on my screen, but they do on other peoples. Then when I deal damage/take damage I crash. Or even just a few minutes after casting an ability i crash.

My inventory is also off centered

Just to make sure: have you played before the patch with no issues?

Or is ist a fresh installation? Did you you an english client with patch 1.13d? Or was it 1.14? Maybe even something older than 1.12a? It seems like theres a issue with items/names etc. I once had trouble with item names too when i started annihilus mod with a german basic installation of d2. Caused almost the same probs as you describe em
