Skeletal lich, makes lag ?

Hi every one !
i was trying to make some cows when i decided to use skeletal lich skil with my necro (cause i just looted an new weapon) ...
2 lich on cows, freeze during 5 secs... then i RIP necro lvl 82 !!!

am i the only one to have this problem or is it the same for every body ?

necro seems to be doing just fine for me when using lich. but i do have the problem of just randomly morphing back out of lich form before the time runs out althought that could be due to cow set.
