errors with d2pk

after fresh install i can get it to run but get errors when trade with merchants
i then tried updating anni via launcher and now launcher menu does not display anni/d2pk buttons.
it does display the blue and red text as well as the box for full screen option


anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

nvm found out that you have to update through the updater in the d2pk folder not just by clicking on re-update from the launcher
