Need Azatoth tips and explanation.

HI all!
i'm one of the few HxC player and since i have few blue organs set, i was planing to start farming some infcows...
But here is the thing i remember azatoth is an Harsh oponent, and i was wondering what he does exactly.
what are his dmg made ? phys ? magic ? etc
What is he weak against ?
I am playing necro sumon for now, and i plan to go there with a mate that can play throw barb or bowama and i was wondering what i would have to wear like wich res etc, wich strategy to apply etc...

His main attack, Death Spear, is physical. I do believe I toned the damage some down this patch, but I would still be careful!

It is not!

SO items we can get from chance orb are ONLY the one we can get from comon lvl 87 area like vanilla buffed items ?
(sorry didnt see anything more specific in the patch note :D )
