Cant find Heart to complete Flail in Act 3

Ive checked the chest in the servers about 5 times now and its never in there. I doubted myself and checked on youtube and Iam in fact in the right place but the heart just never spawns .. So I cant get past act trav. Any ideas other than finding someone to give me the lvl 2 wp ?

Ask someone for dura 2 wp, should be alot faster then collecting all the organs :)
